  Wonshik Choi is an experimental optical/biological physicist and an expert on imaging through turbid media. Wonshik received both his B.S. (1997) and Ph.D. (2004) from Seoul National University. He was a postdoc at Seoul National University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
  
  Research Interests 
  Stain-free 3D optical microscopy, super-resolution optical microscopy using turbid nanostructures, optical microscopy with sub-nanometer motion sensitivity for non-contact and wide-field measurements of cell motility and neuronal signaling, and undoing turbidity for high resolution deep tissue imaging technique for such applications as in-vivo cancer diagnosis and efficient photodynamic therapy.
