Abstract : In this talk, we take an overview of how the principles of quantum mechanics facilitate the development of advanced technologies surpassing classical limits in communication, metrology, and computation. We explore the roles of entanglement, coherence, and contextuality in different quantum tasks and discusses methods for characterizing and quantifying these nonclassical resources in a unified manner.
